Responsibilities have encompassed preparation and management of engineering services, marketing and sales functions, customer relations, quality control, environmental management, operating and maintenance management, development of various modes of transportation services to and from intermodal transfer terminals, and various other aspects of material handling services. Directly responsible for the negotiation and construction of 14 material handling facilities from concept to completion, along with the identification and negotiation of 7 major transfer and storage terminal acquisitions.
